Careers

Serious work, on the ground, with political leadership.

CAPR hires people who want to apply research, strategy and discipline to real political outcomes, and who are prepared to spend time in the field to do it.

Working at CAPR

What the work is like

Engagements are run by small teams with real responsibility from the first week. Researchers write for the leader, not for a file. Consultants sit in the constituency, not only in the office. Everyone reports daily and reviews weekly.

We look for people from law, public policy, economics, statistics, journalism, communication, technology, consulting and grassroots organisations. Regional-language fluency and a willingness to travel are valued in every role.
